About PLAspace
PLAspace is a tool developed by the Public Library Association (PLA) to support the organization's Communities of Practice (CoPs).
PLA, a division of the American Library Association, enhances the development and effectiveness of public library staff and public library services. PLA CoPs have evolved from more traditional committees as a means of strengthening communication and community among our members. CoPs allow members who might not have been able to participate in PLA committees to explore their professional interests and network with their peers online. You can read more about our CoPs on the CoP information page on the PLA Web site.
